■ Job Responsibilities
· Position: Japan Localization Manager (Japanese Translation/Content)
· Department: PO3 Team
· Job Description :
- Korean → Japanese content translation and localization
- Translation of medical terms related to plastic surgery and skin procedures
- Web/App Service Content and UI/UX Text Translation
- Production and management of web/app content for the Japanese market
- Japanese market trend research and keyword research
- Responding to Japanese customer inquiries and other translation tasks
※ Focus on Korean to Japanese translation work / Entry-level applications welcome

■ Eligibility Requirements
· Education: High school graduate or higher
· Experience: Not required (Entry-level welcome)
· Requirements :
- Native-level Japanese speakers
- Proficient in Korean for work and communication (equivalent to TOPIK Level 6)
- Possesses an understanding of local Japanese culture and trends
- In the case of Japanese nationals, holders of visas eligible for domestic dispatched contract work
- For Korean nationals, those with long-term residency experience in Japan or those fluent in Japanese

■ Working Conditions
· Salary Conditions: 31 million KRW per year (pre-tax / severance pay separate / negotiable based on experience) + separate monthly meal allowance of 300,000 KRW (until relocation to the office building in December 2026)
· Working Hours: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) 09:00–18:00
· Work Location: ※ Currently operating remote work
※ Due to the scheduled relocation of the office building (near Gangnam Station) in mid-December 2026, working hours will switch to office attendance after the move.
※ Following the office relocation, the separate monthly meal allowance will be terminated, and meals will be provided free of charge at the in-house cafeteria.
