Main tasks
1. Consultation with U.S. Customers (Communication CX)
Friendly and consistent customer service that matches the brand's tone and atmosphere
- Accurate and friendly response to customer inquiries based on an understanding of the service and business (no phone support, chat-only)
- English chat support for US customers (real-time response during nighttime hours)
- Simultaneous processing of customer inquiries from Korean and Japanese channels
- Delivery of service announcements and guidance, and support to minimize customer inconvenience
2. Improving Customer Experience (Product CX)
- Operation and improvement of Help Center and FAQ to enable customers to solve problems independently
- Collect Voice of Customer (VOC) inquiries, identify areas of inconvenience, and suggest improvements
- Enhance service quality by collaborating with various teams, including development and operations
- Support for consultation efficiency and quality improvement using AI and automation tools
Eligibility Requirements
- Able to handle customer inquiries in English (chat-based, business English level)
- No education or work experience

Working conditions
- Employment Type: 3-month contract (possibility of conversion to permanent position after evaluation)
- Workplace: Room 427, Building B, Gwangjinmal-ro, Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi-do
- Working hours :
[A Shift] 22:00 - 07:00 (Covering US East Coast 9am-6pm) - Annual Salary: 35,400,000 KRW
[B Shift] 00:00 - 05:00 (Intensive coverage of core US time zones) - Annual Salary: 20,600,000 KRW
- Work Days: 5-day shift work week (one day of work on the weekend is mandatory / work on public holidays)
