Introducing our team.

CX Group is the first point of contact customers encounter while using the service, and it is the face of the service .

Resolves customer inquiries coming in through various channels such as phone, chat, and email, and plays a role in connecting customer voices internally to improve services .

The Customer Care Manager (CCM) is a consulting position that handles customer interactions based on guides and manuals.

Even without customer service experience, this is a role where you can learn sufficiently through onboarding after joining the company .

Here is an introduction to the duties you will be responsible for upon joining.

Responding to customer service inquiries received via phone, chat, and email

ㆍPropose solutions to customer issues and facilitate communication with collaborating departments

ㆍProceed with improvement and streamlining of customer service processes

Task of briefly recording and classifying (taging) consultation details in the system

ㆍParticipate in feedback with team members to improve consultation quality and customer satisfaction
