Detailed work requirements

We will be working together at HD Hyundai Mipo (Haein) Co., Ltd.
We are recruiting personnel for the final round of battlefield installation (D/H, E/R). (Experienced applicants preferred, beginners welcome)
Wages vary depending on experience and for new hires. Please inquire.

Act on Fair Recruitment Procedures

Article 11 (Return of recruitment documents, etc.)
① If a job seeker (excluding a confirmed candidate) requests the return of application documents after the job offer has been confirmed, the employer must return the documents in accordance with the Presidential Decree after verifying the applicant's identity. However, this does not apply if the documents were submitted via the website or email pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 1, or if the applicant voluntarily submitted them without the employer's request.
② A job seeker's request for return of employment documents pursuant to Paragraph 1 must be made in writing or electronically, as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
③ Recruiters must retain recruitment documents for a period prescribed by Presidential Decree in preparation for a job seeker's request for their return pursuant to Paragraph 1. However, if recruitment documents are lost due to a natural disaster or other cause beyond the responsibility of the recruiter, the recruiter shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation to return the recruitment documents pursuant to Paragraph 1.
④ If the return request period stipulated by the Presidential Decree has passed and the recruitment documents have not been returned, the recruiter must destroy the recruitment documents in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ In principle, the cost of returning the application documents pursuant to Paragraph 1 shall be borne by the recruiter. However, the recruiter may require the job seeker to bear the cost of returning the application documents, within the scope prescribed by Presidential Decree.
⑥ The recruiter must inform the job seeker of the provisions of Paragraphs 1 through 5 before the hiring decision is confirmed.
