- Perform hotel guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle internal and external guest requests in accordance with RYSE service standards

- Experience in a similar position or relevant educational background preferred
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts and rotating schedules
- Proficiency in Korean and English, or other foreign languages is a plus
It is a 5-day-a-week scheduled work schedule, and the starting salary for new hires in 2026 is 29,000,000 KRW per year. Salaries for experienced candidates will be negotiated according to company regulations.
