In accordance with the Act on Fair Employment Procedures, etc., you may request the return of all submitted documents after the announcement of final successful candidates (however, this excludes those who have been finally accepted and hired, documents submitted via email, and all supporting documents whose retention period has expired).

1. This notice is in accordance with Article 11, Paragraph 6 of the Act on Fair Employment Procedures, and applicants excluding final successful candidates may request the return of previously submitted application documents.
2. Please be advised that job applicants who applied for our recruitment but were not ultimately selected may request the return of their submitted application documents within 15 days of the announcement of successful candidates. However, this does not apply to documents submitted via the website or email, or to documents submitted voluntarily by the applicant without a request from the Company. Furthermore, if the application documents are lost due to natural disasters or other reasons beyond the Company's control, they shall be deemed to have been returned.
3. Job applicants who wish to request the return of employment documents should complete the "Request for Return of Employment Documents" [Form No. 3 of the Enforcement Rules of the Act on Fair Employment Procedures] and submit it to our company via fax (02-477-8319) or email (my6581@naver.com). Upon confirmation of submission, the documents will be sent via registered mail to the designated address within 14 days. Please note that in this case, the registered mail fee will be borne by the recipient.
4. We will retain employment documents for up to 15 days after notification of hiring results in preparation for a request for return by the job applicant. If a request for the return of the employment documents is not made by that time, we plan to destroy all employment documents without delay in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
