이 포지션은 누군가 짜놓은 전략을 실행하는 자리가 아닙니다. 시장 진입 전략을 처음부터 직접 설계하고, 파트너십을 만들고, 사업을 구축하는 역할입니다. 초기 멤버로 합류해 글로벌 사업의 구조 자체를 함께 만들어가게 됩니다.
CrossHub is building the infrastructure for digital identity and payment verification. As we expand beyond Korea into APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, we're looking for a Global BD Lead to design and drive that strategy directly.
This isn't a role where the work has already been defined. You'll be building market entry strategies from scratch, developing partnerships, and constructing the business itself. Joining at this stage means shaping the structure of our global organization, not inheriting it.

Responsibilities
- Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions, global technology companies, and public sector organizations worldwide
- Develop and execute GTM strategies tailored to each target market's regulatory environment and business norms
- Lead PoC projects with international partners end-to-end
- Establish localization and operational frameworks for each market
- Identify opportunities across the global landscape and connect them to CrossHub's technology to generate real business outcomes
자격 요건
- 글로벌 미팅과 계약 협상을 직접 이끌 수 있는 원어민 수준의 영어 (Native / Bilingual)
- 글로벌 BD, 전략 기획, 파트너십 분야 5년 이상 경력
- 논리적 설득력과 다양한 문화권을 아우르는 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 정해진 답이 없는 환경에서 스스로 방향을 잡고 결과를 만드는 실행력
Requirements
- Native or bilingual business English — able to lead international negotiations and executive meetings independently
- 5+ years in global business development, strategic partnerships, or market entry
- Strong persuasion and communication skills across cultures and stakeholder types
- The ability to set your own direction in ambiguous environments and see it through to results

- Degree from an overseas institution or substantial international work experience
- Global BD experience at a fintech or technology-driven startup
- Involvement in a global service launch or overseas entity formation
- Proficiency in a second language beyond English
