CrossHub is setting global standards in the fields of digital authentication and payment infrastructure. At this juncture, as we expand beyond Korea to APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, we are seeking a global BD leader to directly design and execute this strategy.
This position is not for executing a pre-planned strategy. It is a role where you personally design market entry strategies from scratch, forge partnerships, and build the business. You will join as an early member to co-build the very structure of the global business.
CrossHub is building the infrastructure for digital identity and payment verification. As we expand beyond Korea into APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, we're looking for a Global BD Lead to design and drive that strategy directly.
This isn't a role where the work has already been defined. You'll be building market entry strategies from scratch, developing partnerships, and constructing the business itself. Joining at this stage means shaping the structure of our global organization, not inheriting it.
Main tasks
- Directly building strategic partnerships with financial institutions, tech companies, and public organizations worldwide
- Establishing and executing GTM strategies based on country-specific regulations and market characteristics
- Planning and overall management of PoC projects with overseas partners
- Designing an operational structure that reflects local regulations and business practices
- Connecting global market opportunities to tangible business results
Responsibilities
- Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions, global technology companies, and public sector organizations worldwide
- Develop and execute GTM strategies tailored to each target market’s regulatory environment and business norms
- Lead PoC projects with international partners end-to-end
- Establish localization and operational frameworks for each market
- Identify opportunities across the global landscape and connect them to CrossHub's technology to generate real business outcomes
Eligibility requirements
- Native-level English to directly lead global meetings and contract negotiations (Native / Bilingual)
- Over 5 years of experience in Global BD, Strategic Planning, and Partnerships
- Logical persuasiveness and communication skills that span diverse cultures
- The ability to take action, set one's own direction, and produce results in an environment with no fixed answers.
Requirements
- Native or bilingual business English — able to lead international negotiations and executive meetings independently
- 5+ years in global business development, strategic partnerships, or market entry
- Strong persuasion and communication skills across cultures and stakeholder types
- The ability to set your own direction in ambiguous environments and see it through to results
