SEMPER M is a company expanding into the global urban infrastructure market based on its Pallet-less Robot Parking System, MPSystem.


MPSystem is not a simple mechanical parking facility, but a next-generation robotic parking infrastructure that combines a robotic parking system, a vehicle transfer system, and an operational interface.

This recruitment is not simply for hiring an overseas sales representative.
We are hiring a Global Project Sales Representative to identify actual projects in collaboration with overseas partners, designers, developers, and construction companies, and to manage the process so that the MPSystem is reflected in designs and drawings to lead to contracts.

📋 Compensation Structure

The starting salary is 35 million won.

The following rewards may be added based on performance.

• Base Annual Salary: 35 million won
• Performance-based compensation: 2 million KRW to a maximum of 8 million KRW per year, depending on performance
• KPI Performance Bonus: Paid separately based on company performance evaluation criteria


Role performance compensation is based on actual project performance, not simply the number of meetings or emails sent.


For example, if the following performance results are confirmed, you may be eligible for role performance compensation.


Role performance compensation and KPI bonuses are paid in accordance with company standards, performance verification, evaluation, and approval procedures.


📋 What do you do?

GLOBAL overseas sales representatives play a role in creating actual projects together with overseas partners.

The main tasks are as follows.

• Identification and management of overseas partners and partner candidates

• Collection of project information from overseas developers, design firms, construction companies, and public institutions

• Verify actual project status: Check client, drawings, budget, decision-makers, and schedule.

• Conducted meetings with designers and developers jointly with overseas partners

• Prepare data and supporting evidence so that the MPSystem can be reflected in the project design and drawings

• Management of meeting minutes, activity logs, and supporting documents by project

• Verification of documents such as contracts, purchase orders, advance payments, and letters of credit during the contract transition phase

• Country-specific project pipeline management
