[Group Introduction]
The FAST 5 Real Estate New Business Team is an organization that identifies new real estate business opportunities and turns them into actual businesses.
We are currently reviewing new domestic and international business opportunities, including the Japanese market, and are seeking talent with an understanding of the Japanese language and culture to enhance our understanding of local markets and customers.
This position goes beyond simple Japanese translation or conversation training. It is a role that supports practical business communication by actively interacting with team members in Japanese, and provides insights necessary for reviewing business opportunities in Japan by researching markets and companies from a local Japanese perspective.
We are looking for someone who wants to utilize their Japanese and Korean language skills in a real business environment and gain experience in Japanese market research and new business development.
[Main Duties]
1. Support for in-house Japanese communication and conversation
Japanese conversation and communication sessions for in-house employees
Sharing feedback on situational Japanese expressions and business communication tips
Seminar/material support on Japanese corporate culture and communication methods
Korean-Japanese/Japanese-Korean translation and organization of business materials
2. Japan Market Research and Business Support
Conducting research on local Japanese consumption trends, industry trends, and competitors
Providing market research and local perspective insights for the review of new business opportunities related to Japan
[Eligibility Requirements]
A Japanese national capable of speaking Japanese at a native level
Those holding a visa that allows them to stay in Korea and engage in internship activities (D-2, D-10, H-1, F visa, etc.)
Someone capable of discussing work and communicating smoothly in Korean
Current students, students on leave of absence, and prospective graduates are also eligible.

Employment Type: 3-month recruitment-linked internship (possibility of conversion to permanent position)
