What is Welcome Day? It is a one-day schedule for pre-employment introductions to the center and processes (job duties), followed by in-person interviews.
In the case of forklifts, a practical test is conducted at the Forklift Training Center after passing the exam and joining the company.
Working conditions
12-month employment contract / Extension based on evaluation results after the initial 12-month contract (including a 12-week probationary period. However, the probationary period may be shortened depending on the number of days worked as a daily worker during the 3 months immediately prior to joining as a contract employee)

Persons who have no health disqualifying factors for performing logistics center duties normally

Must-Read Information Regarding Forklifts/Order Pickers
Forklift license (completion/qualification) for forklifts under 3 tons is mandatory.
Until you pass the forklift training, you can only perform general duties, and even after transitioning to a forklift operator, you may perform forklift operations and general process tasks concurrently.
Only F-4 and F-5 visa holders are eligible for hiring.
Only those with a domestic bank account are eligible to work.

If false information is discovered in your application documents, your employment may be rescinded even after hiring has been confirmed. You may be sent home if it is determined that you are unable to perform logistics center duties normally.
This notice is in accordance with Article 11, Paragraph 6 of the Act on Fair Employment Procedures.
Please be advised that job applicants who applied for our recruitment but were not ultimately selected may request the return of their submitted application documents in accordance with the "Act on Fair Recruitment Procedures." However, this shall not apply if the documents were submitted via the website or email, or if the applicant submitted them voluntarily without a request from the Company. Furthermore, if the application documents are lost due to natural disasters or other reasons for which the Company is not responsible, they shall be deemed to have been returned.
Job applicants requesting the return of employment documents pursuant to the main text of Paragraph 2 above must complete the Request for Return of Employment Documents [Form No. 3 of the Enforcement Rules of the Act on Fair Employment Procedures] and submit it via our company email (Raina@coupangfs.com). Upon confirmation of submission, the documents will be sent via registered mail to the designated address within 14 days. Please note that in this case, the registered mail fee will be borne by the recipient.
In preparation for a request for return by a job applicant pursuant to the main text of Paragraph 2 above, the Company will retain the original employment documents submitted by the applicant for 180 days from the date the hiring decision is finalized. If the return of the employment documents is not requested by that time, the Company plans to destroy all employment documents without delay in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Pregnant Women Support Cautionary Notice
Pregnant women are prohibited from working overtime. (Article 74, Paragraph 5 of the Labor Standards Act)
Pregnant women shall not perform night work or holiday work except under exceptional conditions prescribed by law. (Article 70, Paragraph 2 of the Labor Standards Act)
Pregnant women are prohibited from working in occupations forbidden by law (such as working in cold facilities or handling heavy objects). (Article 65 of the Labor Standards Act)

Notice regarding work restrictions due to health disqualifications and alcohol consumption
You must not have any health disqualifying factors for performing logistics center duties normally (such as a systolic blood pressure of 160 or higher or a diastolic blood pressure of 100 or higher, or having cerebro, heart, or circulatory system diseases). If it is determined that you are unable to perform logistics center duties normally, you may be sent home. In this case, no separate transportation expenses will be provided.
The Company may conduct a breathalyzer test if an individual is under the influence of alcohol or is suspected of being intoxicated. If the test is refused or intoxication is confirmed, the individual will be sent home immediately, and no salary will be paid in such cases.
