I plan to start the salary at 12,000 won per hour after the first month's probationary period at the minimum wage. If you are an experienced professional and are certain you want to receive more than this amount, please reply via text message before your interview. ㆍIt is a weekday-weekend rotation work schedule. As the store is busy on weekends, it is not possible to avoid working only on weekends.
The rotation period will be discussed among the staff (e.g., 2 weeks to 3 months).
Two people work (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 3 afternoons a week), with a morning start on Tuesdays. Working days excluding Tuesdays are determined through consultation among staff. If there is a shortage of staff, the work schedule is fixed on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
(We have fixed morning shifts on the last Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of every month. Delivery and dine-in services are closed on the last Wednesday as it is a deep cleaning day.)
I only do kitchen prep and cleaning all day.
(Once the schedule is set, it is almost fixed, but if a special event occurs requiring annual leave, the working hours of other employees will be changed to Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.)
As it is a small establishment, you must be able to handle all aspects of F&B operations. (Of course, the owner handles most of the difficult or strenuous tasks, but you must be able to learn them due to special circumstances and be able to perform them during work.)
Freelance contracts and advance payments are absolutely impossible.
ㆍSalary is paid on the 20th of every month. (Salary for the first probationary period will be paid within 7 days after the end of the probationary period.)
The salary includes a meal allowance, but if you wish to dine at the store, meals are provided for free.
Labor Day, Lunar New Year (New Year's Day, Lunar New Year), and Chuseok are regular holidays.
It is the company's policy to use up all annual leave during the spring, autumn, and summer vacation periods, excluding 3 days for emergencies.
(We will coordinate vacation schedules as much as possible, but it is not possible during other periods.)
(Menstrual leave is available, but is generally unpaid.)
There is a one-month minimum wage probationary period. If you become proficient enough to work independently during this period, you will be immediately converted to a permanent employee. If you are unable to work within the one month, the contract may not be renewed.
Salaries are increased based on skill level and years of experience, subject to a new contract.
Almost all cooking tasks are completed in the morning. The main duties of the afternoon shift are filling delivery containers, cleaning, and preparing food.
(For those who wish to learn how to cook or learn the business, this information is provided only to those who work overtime after signing a contract stating that they will not receive additional pay. Otherwise, cooking training provided during employment is limited to job duties only.)

We comply with the Labor Standards Act. We ensure that situations not covered by the law do not occur.
We provide chef uniforms. If you do not return them upon resignation, the cost of the uniform will be deducted from your salary.
