Detailed work requirements

* Culinary Assistant duties (assisting sous chef and head chef, performing basic cooking tasks)
Verification and management of incoming food ingredients, inventory organization and storage
* Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and complying with hygiene standards
Organization and maintenance of cooking equipment and facilities
General support tasks for smooth kitchen operations


* Assist in basic food preparation and support Sous Chef and Chef de Partie
* Receive, check, and manage food ingredients; organize and store inventory
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and comply with hygiene standards
* Clean, organize, and maintain kitchen equipment and facilities
* Support overall kitchen operations for smooth workflow


Experience working in an international hotel or high-end dining kitchen
Candidates with experience in the same position and graduates of relevant majors
* Holders of cooking-related certifications (Korean, Western, Chinese, Japanese Cooking Technicians, etc.)
Possess excellent communication skills and a service mindset
Candidates available for scheduled or shift work
Those capable of communicating in Korean (TOPIK Level 3 or higher) or a foreign language such as English


* Experience in international hotels or fine dining kitchen operations
* Experience in a similar position or relevant culinary education background
* Certified culinary skills (Korean, Western, Chinese, Japanese cuisine certificates, etc.)
* Strong communication skills and service mindset
* Ability to work in rotating shifts
* Korean(TOPIK Level 3↑), English or other foreign language communication skills preferred


It is a 5-day-a-week scheduled work schedule, and the starting salary for new hires in 2026 is 29,000,000 KRW per year. Salaries for experienced candidates will be negotiated according to company regulations.
