[Job Opening] Global Recruiting & Training Manager

Main Tasks (What You'll Do)

  • Establishment and execution of global talent recruitment strategies (primarily targeting North America/global)
  • Designing Onboarding Programs and Job Training Curricula for New Hires
  • Identifying key talent requirements for each department and sourcing suitable talent
  • Proposal for Establishing an HR Performance Management System and Retention Strategy
  • Planning internal campaigns and events to internalize organizational culture

  • Persons with relevant work experience
  • Fluent in English communication (required)
  • High understanding of the global business environment
  • Someone who can flexibly adapt to the rapid growth of a startup
