Main Tasks (What You'll Do)
Establishment and execution of global talent recruitment strategies (primarily targeting North America/global) Designing Onboarding Programs and Job Training Curricula for New Hires Identifying key talent requirements for each department and sourcing suitable talent Proposal for Establishing an HR Performance Management System and Retention Strategy Planning internal campaigns and events to internalize organizational culture Preferred Qualifications
