1. Recruitment Process

- Start Date: Schedule will be coordinated with the successful candidate from the final interview (Notification will be provided within 1 month of the interview date)
However, if results are delayed due to the situation at the workplace, individual notifications will be provided.
2. Request for return of employment documents
- Unsuccessful candidates may request the return of their submitted application documents (Request period: 14 days from the date of hiring confirmation (notification date or announcement deadline)
Recruitment documents are retained during the claim period and destroyed immediately after the claim period expires.
3. Individuals Ineligible to Request Return of Application Documents
- Confirmed hires / Applicants who submitted online, via email, or through the website / Voluntary applicants
