[Responsibilities]
ㆍTikTok Shop Initial Setup and Shop Operation
- Account creation and settings: Create a TikTok Shop seller account for each brand, and set up profiles, banners, and policies.
- Product registration: Register product name, description, options, price, and shipping information in the local language.
Store Management: Optimize product exposure, set up promotions/coupons, and monitor inventory.
Policy Management: Compliance with local laws/platform policies, reflection of brand guidelines
ㆍOrder processing and logistics management
- Order processing: real-time order confirmation, payment verification, and shipment request
- Delivery Tracking: Monitor delivery status and respond immediately to delays or issues.
- Inventory management: Check inventory quantity, notify headquarters when out of stock is expected, and coordinate restocking.
- Returns/Exchanges: Return reception, logistics company contact, inventory recovery processing
ㆍCS and claims processing
- Real-time customer response: Respond to 1:1 inquiries in local languages through TikTok Shop chat.
- Claims processing: Resolving claims such as delayed delivery, defective products, and refund requests.
- Customer satisfaction management: review/rating monitoring, responding to negative feedback
- VOC Analysis: Organize recurring customer complaints and report to headquarters and team leaders.
Collaboration with local influencers/creators
- Influencer discovery: Research and list micro-power influencers suitable for each category.
- Outreach: Sending collaboration proposal messages, communicating through DM/email
- Collaboration coordination: sending samples, communicating content guidelines, and confirming upload schedules.
Performance monitoring: Track influencer content views and conversion rates, and suggest repeats for top contributors.
ㆍSupport for live commerce operations
- Show Host Sourcing: Finding and recruiting local live commerce show hosts.
- Broadcast planning support: localizing live scripts and setting up promotional offers
- Live support during broadcasts: chat moderation, order processing, coupon issuance
- Post-broadcast settlement: GMV aggregation, preparation of show host fee settlement data
ㆍRegular reports and communications
- Weekly Operation Report: Summary of key indicators such as GMV, number of orders, conversion rate, and customer service issues.
- Headquarters/Team Leader Communication: Sharing daily issues and attending weekly meetings via KakaoTalk/Slack
- Respond to urgent issues: Immediate reporting and response, such as out-of-stock items, delivery accidents, and changes in platform policy.

- Native level proficiency in Vietnamese/Thai language required
ㆍAble to speak Korean (at a level higher than that required for business communication)
- Smooth communication with the Korean headquarters and Korean team leader is essential.
ㆍAt least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or logistics operations
- Practical experience in online shopping mall operation, customer service, order processing, etc.
ㆍAvailable to commute to Seoul
- Working at Dino Studio headquarters

[Working Conditions]
