01. Support for the foreign worker employment permit system

It is true that hiring foreign workers is not as easy as hiring domestic workers.

To address this, we are supporting companies to legally hire the manpower they need through the Foreign Worker Employment Permit System .

  • Benefits:
    ① In cases where it is difficult to hire domestic workers, permission is granted to legally hire foreign workers.

02. Refund of employment training expenses

There is mandatory job training that foreign workers must complete upon entering the country. This cost can be a burden to companies.

We will support you to receive a refund of some of your tuition fees.

  • Benefits:
    ① Reimbursement of at least 50% of the cost of job training required for foreign workers upon entry into the country (varies depending on company size and number of workers)

    ② Companies can reduce their burden and support workers’ domestic adaptation.

03. Employment incentive support

Employment incentives are paid to employers who hire foreigners who have received employment permits (employment) from the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

  • Benefits:

    ① Payment of employment incentives when hiring foreign workers under certain conditions

    Employment Creation Incentive - 300,000 to 600,000 won per month per foreigner for up to 6 months

    Employment Stabilization Incentive - Up to 100,000 won per month for up to 6 months for employers who continue to employ foreign workers

    ② Alleviation of labor cost burden

  • Conditions: Employment insurance subscription required, support amount varies depending on the duration of employment, application must be made within 12 months from the date of employment
