Production worker (regular employee)
■ Responsibilities
Overall parts production and processing operations utilizing press equipment
Raw material receiving, shipping, input, and management tasks
Quality verification (self-inspection) and simple measurement tasks during the production process
Shipment preparation tasks such as finished product packaging, labeling, box organization, and stacking.
Production-related administrative tasks, such as recording production results and writing work logs
Mold replacement, equipment inspection, and simple maintenance assistance
Work environment organization and safety management activities within the factory
Other tasks associated with production and factory operations
■ Eligibility
No restrictions on education or work experience
Someone who can work diligently and responsibly
Someone who can work on the production floor without physical or mental strain
Preference given to candidates capable of long-term employment
■ Requirements for Foreign Applicants (Important)
Those capable of speaking, listening, reading, and writing Korean
Someone who can accurately understand and communicate work instructions, safety rules, and quality standards
Work is not possible if unable to speak or understand Korean

■ Working Conditions
Employment Type: Permanent (3-month probationary period)
Working hours
5-day work week, 2-shift daytime operation
1st Shift: 07:00 ~ 16:00 (Until 18:00 if overtime occurs)
2nd Shift: 12:00 ~ 21:00 (until 22:00 if overtime occurs)
※ Separate allowances paid for overtime and special work
Workplace: (Geumgang Precision, 31-6, Jongcheon Gongdan-gil 32beon-gil, Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do)
Overtime work may occur depending on production volume and is limited to 12 hours per week.
Overtime work will be carried out after prior notice,
Overtime and special work allowances are paid separately in accordance with statutory standards.
■ Probationary period
3-month probationary period
The probationary period can be shortened depending on job adaptability and proficiency.
Salary and working conditions during the probationary period are the same as those of regular employees (or subject to company regulations).
