3. Why is the certificate important?
According to the HiKorea and Immigration Control Act Enforcement Regulations, when applying for a D-10 visa extension, you must submit a ‘Job Search Plan’ and ‘Job Search Performance Record (job application history, interview confirmation, etc.)’.
Note: In accordance with Form 34 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Immigration Control Act and the D-10 Residence Eligibility Guidelines, extensions may not be granted if the sincerity of job-seeking activities cannot be proven.
