Introducing the Corridor Development Team

The SentBe Corridor Development team primarily focused on driving customer acquisition through a deep understanding of user behavior. We carefully analyze data and trends to gain valuable insights into our customers' needs and preferences. These are your responsibilities after joining.

• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to acquire Thai customers through in-depth analysis of the Thai remittance market and competitive landscape

• Enhance brand awareness by actively engaging with Thai online and offline communities in Korea

• Execute targeted offline marketing activities, including customer outreach at factories, dormitories, and restaurants

• Lead the planning and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Content and Promotion team

• Manage and optimize content across SentBe's official social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

• Analyze customer feedback to generate actionable insights that drive continuous improvements in the customer experience

• Provide marketing support through Thai language translation, market research, and content development

• Proficient in English for business communication

• Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing or a relevant role within the financial sector

• Must be fluent in marketing or have experience in the finance field

• Availability to work in Seoul

• Availability to work on weekends occasionally for offline marketing activities

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the remittance industry

• Proficiency in utilizing various business tools (OA, Notion, Confluence, etc.)

Points to note when applying

• Re-application for the same position is possible 6 months after receiving the final result notification.
