Hiring 2 Plate Heat Exchanger TIG (Argon) Welders / Full-time / Relocation to Gimhae Scheduled / Dormitory

We are recruiting 2 experienced welders to work on the fabrication of plate heat exchangers.

Initially, you will work at the Gyeonggi-do site for approximately one month, and we are scheduled to relocate to the factory in Gimhae, Gyeongsangnam-do between November and December 2026. Accommodation and meals will be provided during the period in Gyeonggi-do. We look forward to applications from those who can continue working after the relocation to Gimhae.

■ Responsibilities

• TIG (Argon) welding of plate heat exchangers and related parts
• Back bead welding work
• Welding and assembly according to production drawings

• Checking the condition of welded areas and related fabrication work

  
  

■ Eligibility

• Experienced personnel capable of TIG (argon) welding and back bead work
• Someone who understands work instructions and safety rules and can communicate at a basic level
• Those who can continue working at the Gimhae factory after initial work in Gyeonggi-do

• Those who are legally eligible for employment in the relevant position

■ Information on Support for Foreigners

• F-5 and F-6 holders are eligible to apply.
• F-2 and F-4 holders are to be hired after verifying their specific status of stay and eligibility for the relevant job.
• Hiring of E-7-4, E-9, H-2, and G-1 holders will be reviewed after verifying the requirements of both the company and the applicant, as well as necessary permit and reporting procedures.

※ You must be available for both the initial work in Gyeonggi-do and the subsequent work in Gimhae.
※ If separate permission is required, work will commence after the permit is granted, and reporting regarding hiring and factory relocation will be completed within the statutory deadline.

■ Working Conditions

• Initial workplace: Danwon-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do
• Post-relocation workplace: Najeon-ro, Gimhae-si, Gyeongsangnam-do
• Scheduled factory relocation: November–December 2026
• The initial employment period in Gyeonggi-do may vary depending on the start date and previous schedule.
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 08:00~17:00

• Break time: 12:00~13:00

  
  

■ Salary

• Starting from 10,400 won per hour in 2026, negotiable based on experience and welding proficiency.
• Separate allowances are paid in accordance with statutory standards in the event of overtime, night, or holiday work.

• Reflection of applicable standards when changes to the minimum wage and wage requirements by residency status

• Gimhae Dormitory Fee: 200,000 KRW per month (personal responsibility)
