2. Working Conditions
(1) Employment type: Regular employee (probationary period) - 3 months
(2) Department: Production Department
(3) Working hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, up to 12 hours of overtime work if necessary (within 52 hours per week)
Daytime 08:00~17:00 (Break 12:00~13:00, 1 hour)
Daytime extended hours 17:00–20:00 (Break 17:00–17:30 30 minutes) as needed
Night shift 20:00~05:00 (Break 00:00~01:00, 1 hour)
Overnight shift 05:00–08:00 (Break 07:30–08:00 30 minutes) as needed
(4) Work schedule: 3 shifts, 2 rotations, 4 days work, 2 days off, day and night rotation
(5) Salary conditions: Hourly wage of 10,320 won or more, overtime and night shift allowances separate.
