Recruitment Department: Production Staff
We are a company specializing in the production of clothing labels (woven labels).
We are recruiting a production team member to cut and manage labels using automated machinery.
Operating the machine is not difficult if even beginners learn step-by-step, so we look forward to your application.

1. Responsibilities
• Operation of machines such as label cutters, laser cutters, and ultrasonic cutters
• Set basic input values ​​(speed, sensors, etc.) for the machine according to the work order
• Check size and condition of cut labels, and inspect quantity and quality

2. Eligibility
• No restrictions on education or gender / No restrictions on experience (beginners welcome)
* Foreign nationals eligible: Holders of work-eligible visas (F-2, F-5, F-6, H-2, etc.): Must be able to speak everyday Korean
• Those capable of basic computer operations (numerical input, etc.)
• Someone who is meticulous and can handle repetitive tasks neatly
• Someone who strictly adheres to safety regulations and can work consistently for the long term

Preferential treatment (not required)
• Experience in operating machinery or proficiency in handling basic tools
• Experience working in a factory related to clothing, textiles, or label production
• Those with basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering

• 1 person

4. Working Conditions
• Employment Type: Contract (Review for conversion to permanent status after 1-2 years of service)
• Working Hours: 5–6 days a week shift work (flexible between 08:00–18:30 / 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00, including break time)
(※ Detailed work schedules will be discussed and adjusted according to the company's production schedule)
• Meal Support: Lunch provided or a separate meal allowance of 200,000 KRW (subject to company regulations)
• Dormitory Support: Available during my probationary period

5. Salary Conditions
• Entry-level: 2.7 million won per month
• Experienced/Preferred: 3 million KRW per month (Experience in the same industry and competence in machinery and equipment)
• Probationary period: 3 months (90% of salary paid, may be terminated early depending on job adaptation)
