Traditional vinegar manufacturing and fermentation management using natural ingredients
Vinegar Aging and Quality Control
Factory Hygiene and Production Work
Fermentation, Packaging, and Inventory Management
*Detailed tasks
Preparing and mixing raw and auxiliary ingredients for fermentation, making alcohol, maintaining the fermentation state, washing jars and hygiene management, transferring and filtering fermented vinegar, filling and sealing fermented vinegar and beverages, sterilization, inspecting and packaging fermented beverages, etc.
