01 Air Conditions
Recruiting skilled workers with a minimum of 5 years of experience capable of initial scaffolding design and installation

02 Salary and Bonus Conditions
1) Scheduled for conversion to permanent position after a 2-month internship (After 2 months, 1 day of paid leave every month + 1 day of summer vacation = 13 days of paid leave per year)
2) Bonus Payments - Bonuses for Lunar New Year, Chuseok, shutdowns, construction, and summer vacations

03 Work and Overtime Details
1) Monthly working days - Average 20–23 working days (holidays off)
2) Monthly overtime days - Average of 2–5 times, weekday overtime, and weekend calls

3) Personnel capable of working at heights - Working on scaffolding / Working on aerial lifts (Not allowed to work if you have a fear of heights)
