1. Manufacturing Process Guide
• Raw material weighing, basis weighing, and precise quantity: Processing rubber blocks according to the recipe. Weighing of pharmaceutical powders. Procuring and inputting raw materials according to the planned production volume.
• Raw material blending and mixing: Operation of large-scale mass production equipment (kneaders, ball mills, calenders, drums, coils) and establishment and execution of production plans.
• Product Forming: The dough (FMB) processed into a roll form is fed into the forming equipment and formed by applying the heat and pressure specified in the recipe.
• Product Processing and Packaging: Processes involving cutting and shaping products according to specifications (using water jets, crushing, etc.). Subsequent wrapping and inventory management.
• Inventory Management: The process of issuing and receiving materials according to site requirements. Includes the receipt and dispatch of raw materials for mixing and construction.
