We hereby announce the open recruitment plan for Haeoreum House staff as follows.


Recruitment Field: Life Rehabilitation Teacher (Maternity Leave Replacement - Contract Position)


Number of hires: 2



Field of work and period of employment


1. Care and program support for male users (May 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026, 6 months)

2. Support for Female User Care Program (May 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027, 12 months)


Eligibility

- Social Worker Level 2 or higher

- Preference given to licensed drivers

- Persons who do not fall under the grounds for disqualification of employees specified in the Social Welfare Services Act and related laws.

Working Conditions: Shift work / 5-day work week / 40 hours of overtime available


Salary and Benefits

Salary: 2026 Personnel Cost Support Standards for Employees of Residential Facilities for the Disabled (Seniority-based pay scale, recognition of military service, holiday allowance, family allowance) + Gyeonggi-do Treatment Improvement Allowance + Special Duty Allowance + Overtime Allowance
