Production worker (full-time)
■ Duties
All parts production and processing work using press equipment
Raw material receipt/shipment, input, and management work
Quality checks (frequent inspections) and simple measurement tasks during the production process
Preparation for shipment, including packaging finished products, labeling, organizing boxes, and loading them
Production-related administrative tasks such as preparing production performance and work logs
Assistance with mold replacement, equipment inspection, and simple maintenance
Work environment management and safety management activities within the factory
Other miscellaneous tasks associated with production and factory operations
■ Eligibility
Regardless of education or work experience
Someone who can work diligently and responsibly
Those who are physically and mentally fit to work in a production site
Preference given to those who can work long-term
■ Requirements for Foreign Applicants (Important)
Able to speak, listen, read, and write Korean
A person who can accurately understand and communicate work instructions, safety rules, and quality standards.
If you cannot speak or hear Korean, you cannot work.
(To prevent safety accidents and work errors caused by poor communication)

■ Working conditions
Employment type: Full-time (3-month training period)
Working hours
5-day workweek, 2 shifts per week
1st shift: 07:00 ~ 16:00 (until 18:00 in case of overtime)
2nd shift: 12:00 ~ 21:00 (until 22:00 in case of overtime)
※ Separate allowances are paid in case of overtime or special work.
Workplace: (Geumgang Engineering & Construction, 31-6, Jongcheon Industrial Complex-gil 32beongil, Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do)
Overtime may occur depending on production volume and will be operated within 12 hours per week.
In case of overtime work, it will be carried out after prior notice.
Overtime and special work allowances are paid separately according to legal standards.
■ Training period
3-month training period
The training period can be shortened depending on job adaptability and proficiency.
During the training period, salary and working conditions are the same as for regular employees (or according to company regulations).
