This recruitment targets candidates to manage local operations in Indonesia related to international reduction projects. This role involves working at the Yeouido headquarters and serving as a bridge connecting the Korean headquarters with the local site in Indonesia.

1. Recruitment Division and Job Responsibilities Recruitment Division: Project Manager, International Emission Reduction Project (Indonesia)

Main tasks
● Support for communication and government relations with local partners and relevant agencies in Indonesia (BKPM, Ministry of Industry, PLN, etc.)
● Support for drafting local business proposals and business plans, and management of related documents
● Interpretation and translation of meetings, contracts, and official documents (Korean · Indonesian · English)
● Identifying and networking business partnerships in Indonesia
● Local market, policy, and regulation research and report writing
● Business support through long-term business trips and local stays in Indonesia (if necessary)

2. Eligibility

● Indonesian nationals
● Current students, graduates (or prospective graduates) of domestic universities, or those with experience studying abroad in Korea
● Fluent in Korean and English (Native Indonesian speaker)
● Individuals with excellent interpersonal and networking skills
● Those capable of long-term business trips and local stays in Indonesia if necessary

3. Preferential Treatment

● Relevant Majors: Energy, Environment, and New & Renewable Energy; Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, and Agriculture; Business Administration, Economics, and International Trade; and Translation, Interpretation, and Language and Literature.
● Holders of local government agencies, companies, and industry networks in Indonesia
● Persons with proficiency in writing documents such as proposals and reports
● Individuals with an understanding of and interest in renewable energy, carbon reduction, and ESG fields
● Candidates with experience in overseas business development or related internships or projects

● Dukungan komunikasi dan hubungan dengan mitra lokal serta instansi terkait di Indonesia (BKPM, Kementerian Perindustrian, PLN, dll.)
● Dukungan penyusunan propose bisnis & rencana usaha serta pengelolaan dokumen terkait
● Penerjemahan lisan & tulisan untuk rapat, kontrak, dan dokumen resmi (Korea · Indonesia ·
Inggris)
● Menjalin kemitraan dan networking untuk bisnis di Indonesia
● Riset pasar, kebijakan, dan regulasi lokal serta penyusunan laporan

● Dukungan bisnis melalui perjalanan dinas jangka panjang / tinggal di I ndonesia (bila diperlukan)

2. Kualifikasi

● Warga negara Indonesia
● Sedang menempuh / telah lulus (atau akan lulus) dari universitas di Korea, atau memiliki pengalaman studi di Korea
● Fasih berbahasa Korea dan Inggris (penutur asli bahasa Indonesia)
● Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan networking yang baik
● Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas jangka panjang / tinggal di Indonesia sesuai kebutuhan
