[Challengers] Operations Intern (Japan Business Division)

Main tasks

  • Managing advertising operations and contracts/settlement processes within Challengers Japan

  • Improve customer (brand/user) satisfaction and retention by managing key indicators for each advertisement

  • Translation and operation of internal/external content of Challengers Japan

  • Japanese Customer Inquiry Communication for Challengers Japan

  • Get a list of suitable brands and contacts to expand your client base.

What you get from this position

  • I work in the global business division, drawing a J-curve, acquiring N thousand Japanese users in less than a month.

    • Work closely with passionate early adopters including business developers, marketers, operations, and developers!

  • We communicate with various stakeholders (large corporations, startups, advertising agencies, etc.) and build a close pool.

Qualifications

  • Someone who can communicate fluently in Japanese and Korean

  • Someone with an understanding of the Japanese beauty market and culture

  • Someone who has experience communicating with customers in a business environment

  • Someone with experience in carrying out various operational tasks at a fast pace
