[Job Seeker] E-9 Foreign Worker Sending Agencies by Country

South Korea employs foreign workers through the Employment Permit System (EPS).

An important concept in this process is the sending countries.

Sending countries are countries that can officially dispatch workers to Korea and are countries that have signed agreements with Korea.

Before leaving the country, workers complete training in Korean language, culture, and industrial safety in the sending country, and then obtain the necessary visas to enter Korea.

This will allow foreign workers to work in Korea through systematic procedures.

Countries that are not designated as sending countries have difficulty officially dispatching workers to Korea, so an agreement is required to send workers through this system.

This system serves to provide a stable working environment for both foreigners wishing to work in Korea and their employers.
