• Abalone Seedling Production: Jeongansan brings in seed abalone around February and raises them in 240 tanks covering an area of approximately 3300㎡ until November. During this period, they are fed a mixture of seaweed and kelp, and only healthy seed abalone are kept after three selection processes.
• Abalone Adult Production: Seed abalone grown to about 4cm in size are moved to a sea cage farm of about 3ha to grow for about 30 months. Here, they grow by eating seaweed and kelp to become fully mature abalone.
• Abalone Wholesale and Retail: The produced adult abalone are mainly sold in large quantities to local merchants, with about 80% distributed through this channel. Additionally, they are sold directly to consumers through online platforms such as 'Chorok Mideum Gangjin'.
