Ido Industry Co., Ltd. Production Team Field Staff Recruitment (Entry-level/Experience No Needed)
1. Company Introduction: We are a company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of steel sheet piles. In line with our steady increase in orders and business expansion, we are seeking dedicated full-time employees who will work hard with us and share our long-term vision. No special technical skills are required. Upon joining, we will systematically transfer your skills, from machine operation to site management, and we will provide active support to help you grow into a key manager who leads the field in the future.
2. Main Responsibilities
• Assistance with steel sheet pile roll forming machine setup and operation
• Custom cutting and insertion assembly of EPS (styrofoam) insulation according to drawings
• Production and processing of essential auxiliary materials for on-site delivery, such as fixing brackets
• Assisting with in-factory material receiving, shipping, and logistics management using forklifts
3. Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications
• Eligibility (Required): Nationals or holders of legal visas without employment restrictions (F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6)
• Education/Experience: Not required (Beginners welcome; detailed on-site training will be provided.)
• Preferred Qualifications: (Current) Gwangju Plant (Next Year) Icheon Plant / Nearby Residents (Those capable of long-term employment)
• Key Preferred Skills: Forklift operation, welding (CO2/arc), and experience operating manufacturing machinery such as presses and roll forming are preferred.
4. Working Conditions and Factory Relocation Notice (★Must Read)
• Current Workplace: 50, Yongsu-gil, Chowol-eup, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do
• Relocation Site: 14-29, Seoicheon-ro 719beon-gil, Majang-myeon, Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do (Scheduled for relocation around March 2027)
• Special Note: Due to the factory expansion in March 2027, the workplace will be changed to Majang-myeon, Icheon-si.
We prioritize hiring candidates who can continue to commute to the Icheon factory even after the relocation.
• Housing Support: Housing support, such as dormitories and monthly rent, is not provided,
Both domestic and foreign nationals must commute to and from work independently from their place of residence.
• Employment Type: Permanent (3-month probationary period applies / 100% of salary paid normally even during the probationary period)
• Working Hours: 5 days a week (08:30 – 18:00) / Includes 1 hour break and lunch break
• Salary: Negotiable after interview (Differential payment based on relevant experience, skills, and proficiency)
