Recruitment Fields and Number of Personnel

① Stamping & Sanding — 2 people (female)

• Job: Operation of sanding equipment (manual/automatic)
• Work Schedule: 2-shift day/night rotation, overtime and holiday work available
• Work environment: Standing, wear anti-static top and safety shoes
• Note: Noise and dust generation
  

② Shipment — 1 person (male)

• Job: Product packaging and shipping
• Work: Day shift (within 52 hours per week)
• Work environment: Standing
  

Total number of recruits: 3

Eligibility

• Domestic applicants are eligible.
• Foreign nationals are holders of F-series visas who can communicate in Korean (those eligible for employment in the relevant occupation)
• Entry-level and experienced candidates welcome
• Preference given to candidates capable of long-term employment and overtime/holiday work
  

Working hours

• Daytime: 08:00–17:00 (Extended until 20:30)
• Night: 20:30–05:30 the next day (until 07:30 for extended use)
• Shift times vary depending on the process
• The shipping department works during the day.
  

Salary conditions

• Stamping/Sanding: Monthly base salary 2,372,150 won (Hourly wage 11,350 won)
• Shipment: Monthly base salary 2,330,350 won (Hourly wage 11,150 won)
• Application of statutory standards for overtime, night, and holiday work allowances
• Payment conditions regarding 15.5% of base salary must be checked separately ******
  

Allowances and benefits

• Night shift allowance: 18,000 won per day
• Holiday allowance: 15,000 won if conditions are met
• Settlement allowance: Up to 400,000 KRW (for employees joining in 2026, subject to length of service requirements)
• Commuter bus operation
• Lunch and dinner provided at the company cafeteria
• Welfare points based on length of service
• Payment of statutory retirement benefits
  

Workplace and Payday

• Workplace: Dongtan, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do
