We are looking for a baker colleague to experiment with new gastronomic experiences.

We manufacture Songzart's unique breads and desserts, and provide customers with the best taste and service.
It offers visitors an unforgettable 'spatial experience' harmonizing with diverse F&B (bakery, barbecue, etc.) and cultural spaces (gallery).

Located within the Modern Culture and History Street, just a 15-minute walk from Mokpo Station and a 5-minute walk from the Mokpo Coastal Passenger Terminal, Songzart is more than just a cafe; it is a complex cultural space. As a large-scale complex that blends bakery, pizza, barbecue, a gallery, and a photo zone all in one, its scale—extending from outdoor seating to spacious indoor areas—overwhelms guests from the very first step. Just as visitors say, "You must stop by if you come to Mokpo," we are looking for colleagues to fill this iconic space with special stories as baristas.

(Work) I do this kind of work
- Free Baking Laboratory: Going beyond repeating fixed recipes, we directly plan and develop Songzart's own signature bakery items using local ingredients from Mokpo or new ideas.
- The culmination of a creative gastronomic experience: We present customers with a multi-dimensional gastronomic experience by carefully considering bakery pairings that complement various F&B offerings, such as specialty coffee and barbecue.
- Autonomy and Initiative: Within an infrastructure befitting a large bakery, you can freely test recipes without fear of failure and unfold your own baking world.

- Someone with a deep affection for bread and an 'experimental spirit' that constantly explores new flavors.

(Preferred) We prefer candidates like this
- Those with experience planning and developing new bakery menu items using their own recipes
- Someone who enjoys flexibly communicating and collaborating with team members from other departments (barista, kitchen, etc.)
