After joining the company, you will learn basic store operations step-by-step at the Gangjin main branch, including cooking, hall management, hygiene management, and opening and closing duties.
You do not need to have extensive experience or be good at everything from the start; we are looking for someone who is willing to learn diligently and grow with us for the long term.

The main tasks are as follows.

- Menu preparation and quality control assistant
- Hall operations and customer service
- Opening and closing tasks
- Store hygiene and cleanliness management
- Assisting with organizing ingredients, ordering, and inventory management
- Sales closing and settlement assistance
- Cost management and loss management training
- Employee training and work schedule management training
- Ability to participate in the operation of new company-owned stores in the future

Those who have worked with us for a long time and possess professional competence and a sense of responsibility can advance to become a manager, prospective store manager, or company-owned store manager in the future.
