Detailed work requirements

1. Responsibilities

Support and care for daily living for elderly residents in group homes (capacity: 9, 1 additional resident allowed under special admission).

Due to the nature of small-scale facilities, the workload is lower than in large nursing homes, and it is a warm environment where you can focus on each and every elderly resident.



2. Salary Conditions

Monthly salary: 2,270,400 won

Fixed overtime pay is included, guaranteeing a stable salary relative to working hours.



3. Work Type and Hours (Excellent Work-Life Balance!)

Work Schedule: Alternating Work (1 day work, 2 days off) → Only about 10–11 days a month!

Working Hours: 09:00 ~ 09:00 the following day (8 hours of break time strictly guaranteed)



4. Eligibility and Employment Type (Must Read)

Eligibility: Holder of a Certified Caregiver license (Required)

No gender or age restrictions (Those who respect the elderly and communicate with a warm heart)

Experience: Experienced in the same industry (Hiring experienced professionals)

Preference will be given to candidates who understand the facility work system and can perform duties immediately.

Employment Type: Review for permanent position after 12 months, including a 3-month probationary period
