[Track A] Performance Marketing • Mission: Maximize ROAS and drive sales through data-driven media operations. • Key Tasks: - Setting up and operating major media advertising (paid media) such as Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Xiaohongshu, and Douyin - Tracking performance indicators (CPA, ROAS, CTR) by material and target - Analysis of the latest algorithms for each medium and implementation of organic reach optimization strategies.
[Track B] Influencers & Viral (Viral/PR) • Mission: We plan seeding and content that dominates the target customer's purchasing journey (funnel). • Key Tasks: - Discovering, recruiting, and collaborating with influencers/experience groups targeting China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. - Storyboard planning and seeding scenario design reflecting customer insights by country - Collect reviews from influencers/experience groups and use them as secondary marketing assets (advertising materials).
[Rank and Role] *Depending on the applicant's experience and capabilities, the position will be assigned as 'Lead (Vice Team Leader)' or 'Manager (Team Member)'.
① Lead (assistant team leader level / 3 years or more of experience recommended) • Lead the IMC team together and contribute to its growth • Establishment of media mix strategy and budget portfolio optimization for each medium • IMC team project schedule management and performance management • Leading communication with clients and related departments
② Manager (Team member level / New hire ~ less than 3 years of experience) • Planning and production of 'Impact materials' with a trendy feel • Monitor the performance of the media/influencer in charge and respond to operational issues • Create tangible results (Traffic/Conversion) through fast and thorough execution
[Qualifications] • Common: - Education: University graduation (4 years) or higher - Applicants must be from China/Taiwan/Hong Kong or have experience studying or living abroad (can communicate in business) - Someone with a high level of understanding of social media channels (Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Douyin, WeChat, etc.) - Experience in advertising execution or collaboration with influencers - Someone with experience in agency and outsourcing operations - Someone who has experience in not only planning but also directly executing and producing results (output)
