* 고객 예약 확인 및 자리 안내
* 테이블 서비스 제공 (음료·추가 요청 응대, 테이블 정리 및 리셋)
* 뷔페 라인 정돈 및 음식·식기류 보충
* 고객 문의 및 불만 응대
* 홀 내 위생 및 안전 상태 점검
* 행사 및 단체 예약 등 운영 지원

* Confirm guest reservations and escort guests to tables
* Provide table service
(Handling beverage/additional requests, table clearing and resetting)
* Maintain buffet line cleanliness and replenish food/tableware
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints
* Monitor hygiene and safety conditions in dining areas
* Support restaurant operations including events and group reservations

* International Hotel 근무 경험자
* 동일 직급 경력자 및 관련 학과 졸업자
* 한국어 능력 우수자 우대 (TOPIK 등 한국어 관련 자격증 소지자)
* 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 서비스 마인드 보유자
* 스케줄·교대 근무 가능자
* 영어 등 외국어 커뮤니케이션 가능자

* Experience in international hotels or hospitality industry preferred
* Experience in a similar position or degree in a related field preferred
* TOPIK or other Korean language certification holders preferred
* Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
* Ability to work flexible shifts and rotating schedules
* English or other foreign language communication skills preferred
