Customer reservation confirmation and seat guidance
* Table service provision (responding to beverage and refill requests, table clearing and resetting)
Organizing buffet lines and replenishing food and tableware
Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
* Inspection of hygiene and safety conditions inside the hall
* Operational support for events and group reservations
* Confirm guest reservations and escort guests to tables
* Provide table service

Experienced at an international hotel
Candidates with experience in the same position and graduates of relevant majors
Preference will be given to candidates with excellent Korean language skills (holders of Korean language certifications such as TOPIK).
Possess excellent communication skills and a service mindset
Those available for scheduled or shift work
Those capable of communicating in foreign languages such as English
* Experience in international hotels or hospitality industry preferred
* Experience in a similar position or degree in a related field preferred
* TOPIK or other Korean language certification holders preferred
* Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
* Ability to work flexible shifts and rotating schedules
* English or other foreign language communication skills preferred
