Gyeongbuk College is recruiting trainees for the Caregiver Qualification Acquisition and Employment Linkage Program .
[ Recruitment Targets and Conditions ]
- International students who have graduated from a Korean university and are preparing for employment
- D-10 visa holders
- TOPIK or KIIP Level 3 or higher (Korean Language Proficiency Certificate)
- International students hoping to find employment in the caregiver field
- Those who wish to settle in Korea long-term after education and employment

[ Curriculum ]
- Work-study combined curriculum
- Theoretical and practical training for obtaining caregiver qualifications
- Practical training utilizing state-of-the-art facilities
- Korean language proficiency improvement program provided
[ Training Period and Work Schedule ]
- Orientation Date: Scheduled for November 2026
- Training start date: Scheduled for December 2026
- Training End Date: Scheduled for April 2027
- Certification Date: Scheduled for April 2027
- Internship Start Date: Scheduled for May 2027 → [ 3 months of internship work at hospitals and nursing facilities ]
- Assigned to workplace for regular employment after 3 months of internship → [ Scheduled for September 2027 ]
[ Special Benefits for International Students ]
- Caregiver certification training fee of 850,000 won is free
- Dormitory fee of 920,000 won is free
- Up to 2.4 million won in educational support
- Monthly training allowance: 300,000 won
- Dormitory provided and Korean language proficiency program support provided upon selection as a trainee
[ Job Placement and Visa Support ]
- After obtaining the caregiver qualification, you can find employment at government-run nursing homes, such as the Andong Provincial Specialized Nursing Home for the Elderly, as well as in Yeongju, North Gyeongsang Province and Yongin, Gyeonggi Province.
- This is a training program that enables the acquisition of region-specific visas and professional worker visas (F-2-R, E-7, etc.) upon completion of education and employment.
