We're Looking for (Talent We Are Looking For)

• TKG Taekwang's production subsidiary in Indonesia serves as a key pillar of the group's total production volume.

• The headquarters GSCM team plays a role in establishing the production plan for this subsidiary and coordinating various issues arising during the mass production of new models with the local site in real time.

• We are looking for someone who understands the language and work environments of both Korea and Indonesia and wishes to build a career as a production planning expert.

What You'll Do (Main Tasks)

• Establishment and operation of detailed production plans (LRLP, DPO) for the Indonesian subsidiary

• Monitoring of new model production progress and manufacturing processes (backorders/pre-orders, etc.)

• Follow-up on operational issues such as development schedule changes, material sets, and quality

• Serving as a communication channel between GSCM and the Indonesian subsidiary

Hard Skills (Required)

• Graduates (or prospective graduates) of a bachelor's degree or higher from domestic universities

• Native-level Indonesian speaker * No distinction between locals and foreigners

• Related majors such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Trade, and Statistics

• Data analysis and document creation skills using Excel and PPT

Soft Skills (Essential Competencies)

• Communication and coordination skills between departments and corporations

• Learning speed to quickly master new tasks and systems

• Willingness to work and grow domestically for the long term

■ General Eligibility
