Daejin SA Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in sheet metal and frame processing for semiconductor, display, and battery equipment that has grown since starting as Daejin Industrial in 1996, and is located in Paltan-myeon, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do.

We are recruiting entry-level production management staff to learn and grow together.

📋 Qualifications and Key Duties

1. Entry-level applicants are welcome!

It is okay if you do not have experience in production management.

We provide training so that you can learn practical skills step by step while working alongside the existing manager after joining the company.

Instead of taking on the work alone from the start, we work together to ensure you can fully learn the tasks and adapt.

Anyone with a willingness to learn and a sense of responsibility is welcome to apply.

2. Eligibility
- No age restrictions
- No educational background required
- Regardless of gender
- Prospective graduates are eligible to apply

3. Preferential Treatment
- Someone who can view the blueprints
- Those who can drive
- Those capable of operating a forklift under 3.5 tons

※ You may apply even if you have no relevant experience or find it difficult to operate a forklift.
You can learn as you go after joining the company.

4. Main Duties
- Management of shipments to post-processing suppliers after verifying fabricated sheet metal parts and drawings for each project
- Receipt and organization of purchased items by project
- Check on-site production schedule and progress
- Supporting field workers in production tasks and assisting with production management.

Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: Negotiable during interview
Workplace: 68-39, Seokpo-ro, Paltan-myeon, Manse-gu, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do
Working hours

※ Working hours are negotiable.

Mon·Tue·Thu·Fri : 07:30 ~ 17:00
During overtime: 17:30 ~ 20:00
Wednesday: 07:30 ~ 16:30
