[Responsibilities]
Production Planning and Process Optimization: Process Time Analysis and Standard Process Establishment
Trial and Technical Verification: Performing product production tests and process improvement activities

[Eligibility]
No educational or experience requirements (entry-level applicants welcome)
Requirement: Able to commute by personal vehicle
Probationary period: 3 months after joining (job adaptation and verification of job competencies)

[Preferred Qualifications (Experienced Candidates Preferred)]
Experienced in thermosetting plastic (BMC) related processes
Experienced in rubber injection molding process
Experienced in production management or process technology
