We are currently planning and implementing various social media marketing strategies in preparation for our full-scale entry into the Japanese market.

The job we'd like you to do is to find influencers active on Japanese Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), etc., have them try out (gift) our products, and spread positive word-of-mouth.

No marketing expertise is required! If you're sensitive to the latest trends in Japan and enjoy browsing social media, you can have fun getting started, even with no prior experience.

[Main job duties]
■ Influencer selection and gifting management
- Research and approach (via DM, email, etc.) Japanese influencers who are a perfect fit for our brand.
• Arranging the shipment of sample products and managing and adjusting the posting schedule. ■ Monitoring posts and checking their response.
- Check the reactions to the uploaded PR post (likes, comments, saves, etc.)
- Review successful posts and create simple data to utilize for future promotions. ■ Trend research and content creation for the Japanese market.
- A survey of current beauty/lifestyle trends in Japan
- Create PR content in the form of short columns or articles that will interest local users.

[Eligibility Requirements]

■ Educational background: Bachelor's degree from a four-year university or higher (meeting the requirements for E-7 visa issuance)
■ Language Skills: Native-level Japanese speaker (able to communicate smoothly with influencers via text)
■ PC skills: Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required.

This course assumes you have the ability to manage influencer lists, perform simple data entry, and use functions (such as VLOOKUP and SUM).

[ Working conditions]

• Work location: Joseon-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea (Wille New City)

└ 5-minute walk from Namwirye Station on Subway Line 8

• Working hours: 5 days a week / 40 hours per week

└ 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (selectable)
