Yuil Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. is a company that has maintained stable growth for over 30 years in the field of synthetic resin film extrusion, based on its technology and quality. We are currently recruiting production workers to play a key role in our production line.
▣ Responsibilities
Film extrusion production site work (film production assistance and packaging tasks, etc.)
The latest German-style automated equipment handles the main production, and workers perform tasks primarily focused on pre- and post-production preparation and packaging.
※ Candidates with experience in film extrusion or manufacturing will be eligible for preferential treatment based on their experience. ※ Even those with no experience can fully adapt if they have a sincere attitude toward learning.
▣ Working Conditions
Work schedule: 3-team, 2-shift system
Working hours: Daytime 07:30 ~ 18:30 Night shift 18:30 ~ 07:30 the following day (including sufficient break time during each shift)
Shift times are operated flexibly through consultation and adjustment.
Work System: 4 days a week, 2 days off, 4 night shifts, 2 days off, total 12-day work system (52-hour workweek compliance)
Base salary: 3,400,000 KRW per month (severance pay separate)
Salary Increase: Reflected through annual salary negotiations
Welfare Support: Active support for government policies such as the Youth Tomorrow Savings Plan and benefits based on the Labor Standards Act.

Probationary period: 3 months → Review of conversion to permanent status based on performance evaluation results If requirements are not met within the 1-month probationary period, the statutory hourly wage will apply. → 100% Guarantee of Commercial Conversion Unless There Are Specific Disqualifying Factors
