TOP Furniture Co., Ltd. is a local furniture company based in Namyangju that has grown over 26 years with a focus solely on furniture. We provide a one-stop service for commercial and residential furniture, including tables, chairs, and fixtures, covering everything from manufacturing to repair.

We are recruiting experienced woodworking CNC machinists to grow together while operating automated furniture production facilities.

1. Responsibilities
- Setup and operation of woodworking CNC and furniture production automation equipment
- Cutting wood and boards using a CNC running saw
- Drilling and boring of furniture components using CNC boring machines, skippers, and OA hole punchers
- Furniture component edge bonding and finishing work using a round edge banding machine
- Setting machining dimensions, locations, and working conditions according to drawings and work instructions
- Quality check of machined parts, including dimensions, drilling locations, and finishing status
- Replacement of tools and consumables, and routine inspection and maintenance of equipment
- Woodworking and assembly work involved in the production process

2. Eligibility Requirements
- No educational background required
- Experienced in operating CNC or automation equipment in the furniture manufacturing or wood processing fields
- Individuals capable of setting up and operating major processing equipment such as CNC boring machines, skippers, and OA hole punchers
- Someone who can understand furniture drawings and work orders and verify machining dimensions and drilling locations
- Someone who can check and adjust working conditions in the event of processing defects
- Someone who adheres to safety protocols and can collaborate smoothly with colleagues

3. Preferential Treatment
- Someone capable of operating equipment for various processes, from CNC running saws to boring, drilling, and edge finishing
- Experienced in setting up and operating round edge banding machines
- Proficient in inputting and modifying CNC machining programs and utilizing CAD/CAM
- Someone with a strong understanding of furniture production processes and the characteristics of wood and panels
- Someone capable of identifying the basic causes of equipment malfunctions and responding to them

4. Working Conditions
- Working days: 5-day work week and every other Saturday morning
- Working Hours: Weekdays 07:30–17:00 (1 hour 30 minute break), Saturdays 07:30–11:30
