Sand Molding and Mold Assembly: A sand mold is created by filling and compacting molding sand and binder around a wooden or die. Afterward, the upper and lower molds are accurately assembled (molded).
Molten metal pouring: Metal (aluminum, copper, iron, etc.) melted in the furnace is safely poured into the assembled sand mold.
Disassembly and Sand Removal: Once the metal hardens, break the sand mold to remove the casting, and brush off the sand adhering to the surface.
