This recruitment is for a position responsible for the winding and electrical assembly of canned motor pumps, ensuring the electrical performance and quality of the product.

[Main Duties]
- Canned motor pump winding insertion and winding removal work
- Check for electrical abnormalities and basic tests
- Compliance with work standards and safety rules
- Core heat treatment (oxide removal) process

[Salary and Working Conditions]
Bonus payment criteria: 400% of the annual total

*Base salary standards*
3 months of service: 30%
6 months of service: 50%
9 months of service: 70%
12 months or more of service: 100%

Bonus for employees with 1 year or more of service

Lunar New Year: 100%
Summer Vacation: 100%
Chuseok: 100%
Year-end: 100%

400% of total annual bonuses

- Overtime and special work allowances paid separately
