We specialize exclusively in Hanwoo (Korean beef) without processing pork, resulting in a relatively low workload. We aim for a flexible work environment where you can leave work once your promised volume and schedule have been met. Processing volume is 6–10 head during the off-season and 15–20 head during the peak season. The peak season is the 3–4 weeks prior to the Lunar New Year and Chuseok holidays, while the rest of the year is considered the off-season.

📋 Main Tasks
Meat Processing, Packaging, and Forming Operations: Hygienic packaging of finished Hanwoo raw meat by cut (vacuum packaging machine operation, skin packaging, etc.)
Merchandising and Box Packing: Weighing to meet distribution standards, labeling (barcode) attachment, and loading boxes for shipment
Hygiene and Quality Control: Compliance with HACCP hygiene standards within the workplace, maintenance of equipment cleanliness, and processing assistance

Working Conditions

Employment Type: Permanent

Monthly Salary: 2.8 million won (3-month probationary period)
Work schedule: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)

Considering the characteristics of the livestock industry, the structure includes fixed overtime and holiday work allowances in the monthly salary during peak seasons such as holidays, complemented by an early departure system during off-peak seasons.
